Im so tired of these dietary supplement commercials like hydroxycut saying how ppl lose 50lbs in 2 months and other craziness. Weight loss is such a struggle especially for those of us who are predisposed to be heavy. I am just venting im frustrated and annoyed.
However I have been doing well the last couple days and I ripped up the pizza delivery menu I literally ordered from 2x or more a week. I deleted the number from my phone and i am ready to do this right. I bought a dvd for aerobics an strength training and I really like it.
The cruise is May 15th and Im hoping to be buying a cute new wardrobe for it :)
