I bought a fitbit alta hr, i'm having so many problems just getting it configured from my laptop. I've wrote fitbit, I hope they can give me help, or else the watch is useless.

Over a year ago I bought a Withings (Nokia) Go. Its not as smart looking as yours. I got it because its waterproof for swimming, but it turns out it isnt so good at tracking swimming if you alternate one length breast stroke and one length back stroke. *duh*. Now the strap has broken, so I am using the clip. I am hoping something better will come to my attention soon :D I hope you get yours up and running soon. Its very frustrating, eh!

I've had my fitbit for over a year now and was able to download the app with no problem. I hope you get yours figured out soon, it is pretty informative and allows you to challenge friends with fun goals.
