Weight is trending back down, which is good. I am in the process of making some index card meal lists to make it fast and easy to plan my meals for a day or week. Entering things into the tracker here over and over is taking a lot of time that I'd rather spend differently, so I'm hoping that the cards will simplify that task for me, once I've looked everything up and made the notations. Hope everyone is doing well. What are your weekend plans? We will be working on the basement framing...it's what we do! :)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
