Slept well, up at 7:30 to get ready to go to TOPS. Gained a pound this week, but only got to the Y once so not surprising. Spoke to Angie and will call Eloise later.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
