Walked for an hour today in the warm sunshine. It really lifted my spirits. I'm starting to enjoy planning ahead what I'm going to eat. It does take some time and forethought but it really helps me not eat too many calories. My goals for the week are to enter my food in advance, work out at the gym twice and walk at least 30 minutes three days this week.
