Saturday brunch for one is becoming a thing... I sauteed cabbage leftover from making coleslaw and fried a couple eggs. Trying to get through all the produce before it goes bad. Eating this many veggies is new to me!

I've been getting into cabbage more lately. :) Both raw and cooked.

Thanks all! I like to sprinkle either nutritional yeast or raw ACV (both from Bragg's) on my veggies for a little extra sump'n. I may infuse some olive oil, perks54, that's a good idea. I never know what to do with my herb garden cuttings at the end of the year (other than dry and jar them), so maybe I'll get some pretty bottles and make my own rosemary and basil infusions this year.
