Well, I have fell off the banwagon regarding recording my food and journal entries this past month. But becuase of the reminder to go weigh in, I did and was pleasantly surprised to discover that I have continued to lose weigh and am just a bit closer to my goal.
Perhaps I can get back to tracking again, starting with today!
