Morning exercise
Bodyrock: push-up with twist 10, weighted swings 14, switch lunge 19, bentover row 22, side lunge right 15, side lunge left 15, push-up touch shoulder 9, lunge and twist 16, push-ups 15, plank, side plank right, side plank left 30 sec each, goblet squats 22
Rowing machine: 15 min
10 lb weighted hula hoop: 15 min

Just noticed while putting in my workout there were 2 exercise moves I forgot to do. Guess I will be fine, lol.
Almost didn't workout this morning because I was just being lazy and then I noticed I felt a little smaller in the waist so I thought I should suck it up and get one in.
Not much going on today. I was wanting to get outside and do some more weeding but I am out of trash barrels to put all the weeds in so I guess it will have to wait till next week.
