Afternoon exercise weeding out flower beds 40 min Good workout today. I got to sleep in an extra 30 minutes this morning because Cooper decided not to get up so early...thank you Cooper. I needed the rest. I have been waking up with these dull headaches that last all day and last night it just got really bad and turned to a migraine and it never went away but was not so bad after 2 tylenol and 3 ibprofen. Didn't have one this morning, well not until after my workout and now it's a slight dull pain but not to bad. Maybe I should take somehting now to get ahead of it. Hope everyone is having a great week so far!
