Today's my day off for the workout and it felt good to sleep a bit later. I'm having oatmeal with some blueberries for breakfast. Otherwise I'm mostly following phase I. I'm hoping the weight continues to drop with these few extra carbs.

Great progress! I haven't explored the oatmeal much, but remember that the book mentioned it was good to use steel-cut oatmeal or other similarly long-cooking types, which seemed a bit tricky to me in terms of prep. What do you use?
