Just getting started with this again... but serious this time. I have been to the dr. and am already having cholesterol issues at 26 yrs. old. I am bound and determined to fix this naturally. I am already on enough pills for other things that can't be fixed without pills, why add more? Anywho, I'm going to try this the old fashioned way. Diet and Exercise :)

Today didn't start off so well. It's the special woman time and I cheated and started the day off with brownies. They were delicious but not the healthiest way to start off the day. Then I went to the gym and did elliptical for 30 mins. (forward and backward to work on what mama gave me :) )

We'll see how the rest of the day goes.
