Yesterday I went for my 2nd bike ride in about 20 years. I didn't forget how to ride, but turning, stopping, and getting off was a different story. Apparently i cannot get off on the right hand side! I will flip every time! I proved that twice yesterday. No real injuries though. Only embarrassment! But I went on and had a blast. I rode around 2 miles or more. It felt great! I had what I call fishy legs for a little while afterwards. All in all---I can't wait to do it again. So I have decided that this exercise business isn't so bad if you find something fun to do. Hopefully by weigh in next week I will hit my 1st goal. I'm 5 pounds away from it!
