I have actually gained a bit the last couple of weeks. My only conclusion is that I have upped my exercise dramatically in the same time frame. I am now doing a minimum of a 1K run a day, yoga 5 times a week, and horseback riding most weekends--before I was running maybe 3 times a week tops and that's it. Am hoping if I keep up the activity I will see a loss soon.

Whenever I pump up my workouts, I usually have a gain that week -- usually from water weight in my sore inflamed muscles. You can work through this. Don't give up. :-)
