I've stayed at 145 for 2 weeks now, with little ups and downs...I'm feeling more confident with the food choices I make and that makes me very happy! Still haven't done much exercising except for stretching.
Hoping to start losing again real soon.

I'm not sure why blueyedmerle is trying to lose more weight but holding at around ones target weight is a very positive sign. I have often reached a target and, if I take my eye off the ball, I go right back up again.
