ok i lost another 2 lbs. yay!!! i feel like my results are very slow but, I'm still going. i'm dying for some bread though!!! eesh i really need bread. lol

Make your self a Flax Cracker, check out the recipes...that may take that craving away. It just goes to show you how addictive Carbohydrates can be... Once your on "OWL" Ongoing Weight Loss, there are some low carb products you can have, until then try to focus on what you can have on this diet...otherwise you will end up cheating, and one little cheat can screw you up for days! It's better, and more successful than anyother diet/lifestyle I've tried and failed at before!

The tasty chicken muffins are great. Killed my bread craving even though it's more like quiche.
