Aaaaaaaaand ... back down. Up, down, up, down. Lather, rinse, repeat. Argh.
227.2 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in the club as well... I refuse to record any gains so at least when I look at my progress it's aesthetically pleasing. Keep your head up!
