AAARGH. One cafe au lait and a biscotti. That's all it took for me to exceed my carb allotment for the day and to gain almost two pounds. I know weight fluctuates, and hardly anyone gets to see their weight go down every day without exceptions, but still ... Oh, well. Back on the horse.

I hear you on the biscotti, my favorite of all breakfast junk foods. I'm just sticking to black coffee now, orders from Doc.
