I've been MIA - been through a rough stretch diet-wise. Lots going on, emotional eating. I had actually gotten back up to 200 a few weeks ago. But since I went back to a loose-Phase 1 (kept in the sweet potatoes because they're just so easy to throw in the oven after work) and this morning I was back to 193.8.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great idea1 Have you tried Smart Balance "butter"?

that is what my husband and i use...he has heart issues and should not have real butter...i use real butter because it has soy...

I use smart balance too! Also Parkay spray..no calories! Well if you chugged a bunch it probably would, lol. I love sweet potatoes too, I like to mash them with Splenda and cinnamon and top with a little sugar free syrup and chopped pecans! Yummy! Can't have them right now though, I', Level 1. :( I overdid it on the sweet potato cassarole on Thanksgiving anyways. And the day after..naughty me.
