Weighed in at docs office today at 237 pounds. So happy about that! That's 16# down! Now for the tough part. 10 year old granddaughter who is a great chef is now baking a pan of brownies! They smell heavenly. Will I eat any of them??? Absolutely not; I'm too motivated! I might smell them all night long comma but I'm sure not going to eat any of. I'm going to bed instead. Night all.
