haven't been really logging in as I should but been keep up mentally keeping track. This weight maybe a combo weight loss and slightly dehydrated. Going to keep track of my water intake. I did drink water a lot but it is hot.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
