The realization that June was a total disaster has set in.
The flu got the better of me and the weight shot up due to the eat-to-get-better situation. lol. It's so frustrating when you get rid of a sore throat but then you get a nagging cough and when you get rid of the cough then you have a runny nose and the cycle just continues.
I'll do a weigh-in next Monday(3rd July) and get back on track.
I have signed up at gym again and will start my 1st session next week Monday as well :)
