I was almost scared to weigh in after the week I've had - just glad that I didn't gain! My father-in-law has been in the hospital since 2/14, and we've been doing a lot of eating on the go while juggling the added family responsibilities on top of our normal routine.
I haven't even had time to squeeze in exercise. That's ok - I'm more concerned about the long-term journey. Have to be flexible enough to accomodate the normal ups and downs that happen to all of us occasionally!
Though I will be having more of a presence here at least for the duration of Lent. I gave up meat for Lent. Normally I give up pop, but that's not going to work this year since I stopped drinking it in January. :)
Need to use the food journal consistently during that time, so that I can feel confident that I'm still getting adequate protein. I'm not used to meatless cooking, so I need the extra help tracking my intake.
