Saturday, 6/24/17 Steps = 19,262 Sunday, 06/25/17 Steps = 9488
Saturday was fine, Sunday was a mess. No 4 mile walk & I ate too much. Entertaining friends from out of town and decided to take a day off. Back on track today & hope I don't pay too big a price on Wednesday when I weigh-in.
