I can't seem to get enough to eat today. Emotionally I'm just fine, and I'm not over my calories or anything - sticking to my plan. It's just that most days, I eat something and then move onto the next thing. Today, I had lunch and then started in on snacks, and I still don't really feel satisfied. I've had a good amount of protein just now, though, and I'm hoping that will make it better.

Off to work on the basement, plan outfits for the week and do some meal prep for the next few days!!

Just a thought when I'm like that my body gets confused on if I'm truly hungry or really in need of water. I always down a glass of water and see if I really want the next thing I'm reaching for. Most of the time I don't but there are days when my mouth just can't be empty. Good luck hope that might help! ❤️

I second Kickingcarb's method of downing water. Before any meal, I always drink 2 glasses of water to help fill up my stomach so that I don't feel deprived for eating a small amount of food. And of course, I drink more water with the meal. When it aids me in consuming less than 1000 calories/day without feeling hungry, I go to bed feeling like a conqueror.
