My problem is obvious. I'm not consistent. A few health issues, but none severe enough to stop me: falls, sprains, vacations, company, the usual.

It's all the FOOD I EAT! So I'm going to find a way to get back on track with a little help from my friends here.

Home visits is what gets me. All the good food and few drinks with family and friends! Ugh!! Going home this coming week, I have to be strong and stick with what I'm doing!! I have lost 5 pounds this week trying to stay under a 1000 calories. Not easy when I am watching tv at night I want to snack! I eat a 4oz can of mushrooms warmed in butter with garlic and salt. Only 20 calories makes for a wonderful snack!!

Hi! Thanks for joining. My biggest problem is eating after supper while playing games, either on the computer or with friends at the dining room table. I want salty snacks or sweets, so I am making substitutions such as 40 calorie fudge sickles instead of 160 calorie ice cream sandwiches. I'm planning to load up on raw veggie snacks and cut my carbs at night. I have already managed to stop eating in front of TV.
