Okay, starting to journal my food again. I hope to be up to speed by July. Consistency is my biggest problem in both calorie control and exercise.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 June 2017:
1588 kcal Fat: 61.09g | Prot: 63.14g | Carb: 197.48g.   Breakfast: Mrs. Butterworth's Original Syrup, Petit Jean Bacon, Fried Egg, Great Value Homestyle Waffles, Simply Orange 100% Pure Orange Juice, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: Del Monte Mixed Fruit Cup, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chick-fil-A Unsweetened Iced Tea (Large), Stouffer's Signature Classics Macaroni & Cheese with Broccoli. Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Great Value Mixed Fruit Cup, Kroger Baked Chicken Breast, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownies, Dannon Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Toasted Coconut Vanilla, Popsicle Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bars. more...
