I was walking through the dark valley last night. Today will likely be a challenge too as I'm trying to go at this pretty hard for Lent. I'm just sick and tired of being sick and tired...time to get'r done.
263.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
