It seems that you are having a lot of the issues that I am also dealing with. I try not to cut out carbs or eat too much protein, but also stick to my fruit and veg every day. I have seen that eating a balanced cooked meal in the AFTERNOON and having something light for dinner assisted a lot in not only stabilising me but also helping with digestion, cravings, blood sugar issues and hormonal fluctuations. If you like, give it a try - perhaps it can help you too? It is awful to feel like nothing is working, so I understand the frustration. Just keep going and you will have a breakthrough.
