165! I saw 165 for two days! YES! But now I’m back up to 167. It must have to do with water retention. So that means last week I peed out two pounds of water? 0_o
Other than that, last week was a bad week. I just wasn’t myself at all. Even my writing has suffered because of it. I wish I knew why I was so scattered.
Exercised only a few days last week, but I did notice that I’m not as winded as usual. I was really excited about adding in a new segment next week. Even used weights with it. So now comes the question, if they promised I would see results after using the DVD ten times, does that mean I’ll see results after doing it twenty? I’m up to a half hour, I should be seeing some results, right?
