For most of my life I was small and very thin, then I had a child and quit smoking and my weight ballooned. I am now in the process of trying to lose 25bs and get back to a healthy weight.
I'm a writer so I have a very sedentary lifestyle. I'm trying to work 30-60 minutes of exercise into my life, but it can be difficult, especially with other things calling me.
