BArbararesende - what do you do with the protein powder? I would have guessed make a shake from it however I see hot sauce over it so ?? curious

Not Pea Protein, it's salty. And particularly, I don't like shakes. I prefer solid foods. Even with some sweet protein powder! I mixed it with some greek yogurt and coconut chips. ;)
