Maybe my food won't always look good. If I'm not worried about that why should you? I'm always looking for good sources of nutrients, this is what really matters to me. Good nutrition is important throughout your life!
And yes, I eat 5-6 meals per day. I have a diet plan guided by a professional and my research, I use this app to keep notes as my nutrition journal.
