liquid stevia is better and better for you. it's all natural.

Be careful with stevia. While "natural" (you do have to be very careful to actually find stevia that isn't over-processed and mixed with unnatural sugar-alcohols) stevia is also related to ragweed, and if you have allergies to ragweed, you might be allergic to stevia - took me months to realize why I was sneezing nonstop/sniffly and I had to give up my beloved stevia! Symptoms were gone almost overnight, though.

You left out the most important parts. Egg yolks and whole milk or half and half. Healthy fats help one lose weight and are essential nutrients for your brain and body.

Liquid stevia is JUST STEVIA, nothing added. It only takes a drop or 2 very sweet. made by Sweet Leaf.

Thanks for the info! I'll look for liquid stevia next time I'm grocery shopping. I don't eat egg yolks, for the last year I've been having a bad reaction to them, symptoms similar to lactose intolerance. Apparently egg-yolk allergies are a real thing. The whites don't bother me, nor any of the liquid substitutes.
