Diet followed reasonably well, with minor cheats, but also with an effort to keep total caloric intake close to that specified by the program. Exercise in the form of daily walking and bi-weekly weight training have also been reasonably well adhered to. Weight loss remains consistent at around 2 kg per week. Four more weeks of Phase I, then seven weeks of transition back to eating regular food full time.

Started at 152 kg. Have lost nearly 30 kg so far, still have to lose another 16 kg to make goal weight. Would like to be within 10 kg or so of goal weight by the end of program and slowly reach the final weight goal of 106 kg by the end of the year. Total weight loss goal of approx 46 kg (approx 100 lbs).
