Today starts my 5th round of 21 day fix.

During the 4th round, I had good success and prior to the last 9 days, where I have gotten slack and finished my round at 239.0/started my 5th round today with that number. I have had way too many carbs and not enough water.

I have learned when I exercise, I want more food, which I am starting my 5th round with one level up on containers.

Plus the kicker: As most of you know, I found out my BFF's husband was diagnosed last Monday as having lymphoma. He learns today the results of the PET scan and when/where biopsy. Needless to say, it's been an emotional week, and I resorted to comfort food and too much food, versus following my own better judgement.

Today we start again. Sometimes you have your ups and downs, and it applies with your food journal too!

Began my weight journey at 250.00
Started 1st round: Monday, March 27, 2017 - 248.3 lbs
Started 2nd round: Monday, April 17, 2017 - 241.8 lbs
Starting 3rd round: Monday, May 8, 2017 - 233.2 lbs
Starting 4th round: Monday, May 29, 2017 - 234.8 lbs
Starting 5th round: Monday, May 19, 2017 - 239.00 lbs.

Stress relief tip: take yourself for a walk (or any other exercise). It increases endorphins, keeps you out of the kitchen and away from other sources of food, burns off nervous energy, and makes you sleep more solidly at night.
