disappointed in my weight...down to 250, going the wrong way!!! had a good training session. first real session since my injury. minimal pain in the sciatic nerve. This week is a deload week so it's lower weights and higher reps. I felt that was a good way to get back into the swing of things.

Wow. I can't imagine doing your workouts, even in mini-weight range. :-) Glad you're feeling better and back to something you enjoy.
