It feels good to be back on track. I know from experience I will be having some sugar withdrawal symptoms probably today or tommorrow, but I can get through it. The less carbs I have the less cravings I have. For me, yogurt and dairy don't seem to cause cravings as much as bread, cereal fruit or pasta, so I think I will stay away from those until I am past the withdrawal phase. I do get a little tired of eggs on this diet, but I do like them. As long as I eat them in a variety of ways I wont get too bored.

You sound a lot like me! I do fine with dairy, but not the breads and grains. I loveeeee making a turkey taco omelet!! It soooo helps when tiring of eggs. I make up two eggs, and I try to keep a tub of browned and seasoned turkey (with lots of taco seasoning, garlic, green chilli's and maybe onion) in the fridge, so alls I have to do is scoop a couple of scoops out on the omelet, maybe add some red/yellow peppers, red onion, salsa, lite sour cream and just a pinch of shredded low fat/part skim reduced fat mozzarella cheese!! Some days I don't have it all or just pick a few things from the fridge... regardless the nicely seasoned, low fat meat, is the nicest thing to satisfy my palate without adding carbs or much fat and calories! :)
