At the beginning of February, I was determined to lose 4 kgs in 4 weeks. Now, with a little more than a week left, there is a lot of catching up to do! I started the month at 61 kgs which means I should end at 57. phew... that seems daunting... Since the bcps it has been a pipe dream to be under 60! But I am determined! So, by next Wednesday (10 days), I plan to weigh 57kgs! My strategy is drink water, exercise everyday and stay under 1500 cal (as before...) with the addition of:no eating if the dishes are not washed, drink water then wait 10 minutes, no eating standing up, while Hubby is away; 70 % of all intake must be fresh fruit/veg. I must lose about half a kg every day to make my goal!
