Today is day 4. Cravings are crazy today and all I want to do is sleep. Sigh. I can do this.

I see it as - the stronger the cravings the bigger the fat burn. Got myself into that state now where I get happy when I start craving stuff.

Dogs certainly do have odd diets: shoes, kitchen cupboard corners, toilet bowl water, etc. I don't think they actually have tastebuds!

Haha! My dog ate the seat off my bicycle, and then he ate one of the pedals. Sigh. Keep at it, girl!

It's not even food I am craving. I mostly just want stevia in my dang coffee. That and my boyfriend was drinking a hard cider last night... It took a lot of will power not to run away with it. 😂

You can wean yourself off of processed pseudo/fake sugars in your coffee, but it does take a minute. Just the same as giving up regular sugar. You are strong. Be thankful that your diet allows for caffeine.

Dancefit, I am doing the whole 30. It takes out somethings from your diet for 30 days and you slowly reintroduce them to see how each thing effects your body. Unfortunately, that includes all sugar and sugar substitutes like stevia. I think it is more for getting rid of your sweet cravings.

I got a big kick out of your post! Very funny! I also love the Whole30, and it's helped cut out the sugar and carb cravings. The most importantly, I have lost weight on it and haven't felt deprived!
