It's been a week since my weigh-in, or thereabouts, and I didn't lose anything, but inches. I just have to be patient. I lost half an inch around my waist, and another inch around my belly for a total of 3 inches on my belly since the beginning of Feb. I really need that. Maybe I should concentrate on that and forget about the scale altogether, because not losing just depresses me!

If I threw it out it might be a good idea. Or give it to the sally ann. I think I will. And then I could weigh myself at work once a week. Hmmm. Good idea.

I've decided to give this weight loss my all, not just a mediocre try this time. Not just give up because the scales stay stuck. I exercised several times this week, so that's coming along.
So, problem one: the scale doesn't budge.
Problem number 2: sugar alcohols. I got sugar free chocolates for valentines and I just know that didn't help me. And they don't even taste that great. They don't taste like real chocolate, anyway. So my sweet tooth has come out of its lair again. I'm putting them on a high shelf now that valentine's is over. That way I won't reach for them when I walk by the table.

Thanks, reefgirl. I'm on induction and less than 20 carbs most days, so I'm finding the 'fake sugars' really do act like carbs for me so I'm reducing those carbs for sure!
