Diet: Atkins
Present weight: 155 (started higher) Date: Feb 1st, 2010
First Goal: 138 Date: ?
Exercise: Cross country skiing, treadmill, hiking
I've tried Atkins a few times before, and Weight Watchers, always lost but then let it go because I was feeling better with the weight I lost. Never quite reached my goal. I was more than 155 before (my present weight) and I've slowly chipped away at my overweight, gained and lost. I'm happy to be only 155 as I start it this time. I'm doing this again, with the hope I'll embrace a thinner, healthier me as I approach 50!
