WooHoo!! Lost 1 pound...i am happy about that....i am so glad to have Thankgiving out of the way...Hope everyone is doing well...have a good day everyone
156.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
