Hi Peeps.
Not been myself for quite awhile but Hey Ho I must get myself back on track and put the last few months behind me..... I've been really sedentary since my op but noticed l'd lost 2 lb today which really shocked me, but it has spurred me on to continue with the downward trend.....Holidays are not far away and l want to get rid of my muffin top.....one more week and I shall be able to get in the garden to do light chores. going back to weighing myself once a week and sticking to a 1200-1400 cal range but doing the 16-8 diet, met a lovely lady in hospital that had been on it for sometime with great success,so here we go again wish me luck.....BFN MM xxx
