Hi All,did not do a food diary over the weekend because of my upset stomach, been on imodium for 2 days so my eating has been a bit hit and miss, I've had a loss but really I've not been eating right, so maybe next weeks weigh in will be more accurate, just off out now with the doggies for a good long walk I could not leave the house over the weekend due to the illness, poor things have been going stir crazy......TTFN M x

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 February 2017:

Yes wishing you all the best - I'm sure you can keep some of that loss as a tiny compensation for being unwell.
