I had a similar dish for lunch! No BBQ sauce or bread though. Looks good :)

Yeah it was good. I have to have a little bit of moisture on grill chicken and I have to watch it because that barbecue sauce have a lot of other sodium in it.

MissEvon -- splurge and go to a high-end market to buy bbq sauce. You don't really use all that much, but you'll find that you can find bbq sauce that is both low sodium and low sugar. It's worth the investment.

Really it doesn't have anything to do with the cost of the BBQ sauce, I just rarely use it. My daughter bought it because it was in the fridge and I just grabbed it. However, I am going to take your advice because I almost put mustard on it instead.

I was just trying to say: There's no reason to forego flavor. BBQ sauce is delicious. But it's often a source of hidden sugar and salt. Tonight I had boneless, skinless chicken breast with mustard bbq sauce that I make myself and freeze in small batches. It's great on chicken.
