Still trying to heal over losing Tigger. Still following Atkins though. There was a teacher "breakfast" given by school's parents for appreciation. I had some quiche without the crust. I really wanted that sesame bagel though. Didn't do it though! Because of my grief that might have really opened the floodgates!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
