today has been really hard- im so bad w/ the "diets" I end up not eating then being starving at night I had an atkins bar this am then dpepsi for lunch and a chicken breast, green beans and a glass of wine (i know i know) guess i need to try HARDER tomorrow

Planning ahead can help during those moments that you don't have time to think about what to eat. That is the only way you'll make it if you are busy. It also has to become a priority. It is really important to get enough food so that you are not starving and go on a binge. Good luck.
