survived Vegas..forgot the diet...hardly ate anyway--just gambling and drinking :)
Back to the plan now. I feel like crap.

136.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 11.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

We don't eat much in Vegas either, when we go.....must be all the other distractions:) I am going in about 3 weeks and can't wait! Hope you had a good time!

Glad to see you are back and back on track...you will feel like crap until you get all the alcohol out of you system, but you are doing great, so hang in there!
