I dont eat anything with zero calories, everything is good for me. I eat within the RDA of my calories and the only thing I'm not doing, is getting the right amount of protein. I cant afford it. So I don't get to eat as much as i'd like to. I think the reason I'm staying right at 163 is Im not active enough. At this point it's activity and not my food intake, because if I eat any less than I am now, my health will go down, and I cant have that! I dont have insurance or a doctor, so I have to maintain my healthy diet and try to stay healthy. I walk to the center for school, at least twice a week and that's 5 miles round trip, but that's the only exercise I'm getting...

and I'm looking over the foods and my entries, and i am having trouble keeping the carbs down and the protiens up, and the sugar levels down. I dont eat cakes, candies, chips, cookies, stuff like that. My carbs are mostly vegetables and cereal. Sugars are from the fruits mostly, I dont drink soda, or use sugar substance in my coffee or cereals and my cereals are sugar free, completely. i read the lables...
