Ok, so it's Valentine's Day. I went all out - made The Lady and Sons recipe for lasagna (portions are way too big, so I halved them), garlic ciabatta bread and a nice salad (Olive Garden recipe). Planning ahead with eating during the day made it easier to enjoy the whole dinner. We opted for no dessert ... and I still have 2 fruits left (banana and clementine) for bedtime snack. =)
